Quite possibly the worst buying experience I e ever had with a company. Not only is this machine junk, the customer service is non existent. From the poor assembly instructions, the links given to watch assembly videos are broken. There is no phone number to call customer service, only an email option that takes 48-72 hours to get a reply. When they reply they don’t answer your question or concern. I asked for a refund three times (8days of back and forth emails) for them to ask proof of pictures or videos of the shitty quality to possibly be able to get refunded. Box it came in was destroyed, return shipping would be a fortune. I now own a $650 lb clothes rack that doesn’t even have enough travel to do a chest fly. Pulleys aren’t smooth or very good quality if you’re lucky enough to actually get it assembled. Zero out of 10.

Poorly packaged and difficult to build. The QR code for the build assist video in the instructions takes you to a webpage with a 404 error. Virtual zero content exists for this online. There's additional parts thrown in with separate instructions involving construction of the arms that prevents the tension rope from falling off the rollers, that if you accidentally missed like I did, involves about 30 minutes of taking things apart and putting them back together. Highly recommend using a power drill for tightening all the bolts, will save you at least two hours from tightening everything by hand. My recommendation is over tighten all the bolts except under tighten the ones for the rollers as over tightening will make them stick. Also recommend doing the top tensioner rope first and then the other two going into the arms second and start by feeding the anchor part of the rope through the arms and let that guide you as to what rollers to set up and where to feed the rope through.

I have now had my CAP single weight stack Functional Trainer for about 3 months. I use it almost everyday, usually 6 days a week. This completes my home gym along with a set of 90lb power block dumbbells, an Olympic weight set, and power cage. Assembly was very straight forward, it is very sturdy, all movements are smooth, and is the best purchase I have made in a long time. Thank you CAP for making a great piece of exercise equipment at an affordable price point.
